Licensed Retailer Requirement
All alcohol sold through the platform must come from licensed liquor retailers.
Retailers must upload and verify their liquor license before being approved.
Age Verification
Customers must be of legal drinking age.
Age verification occurs:
- During checkout confirmation
- At delivery through government-issued ID

Drivers must verify:

- Matching order recipient
Orders will be refused if the recipient is underage.
Refusal of Delivery

- Customer appears intoxicated
- Delivery conditions are unsafe
No Unattended Alcohol Deliveries
Alcohol orders cannot be left unattended or delivered without direct recipient verification.
