No. Zalchos coordinates the delivery network. When an order comes in, we dispatch an authorized delivery person to your store for pickup. You simply prepare the order — delivery logistics are handled by Zalchos.
Most stores are live within 24 hours of submitting their application. You'll need a valid provincial liquor licence, your store hours, and a product list. Our team handles the rest.
Our authorized delivery personnel are trained to check government-issued ID at every delivery. If a customer cannot provide valid 19+ ID, the order is refused and returned to your store. As the licensed retailer, you remain responsible for ensuring alcohol is not sold to underage individuals.
Yes. Your partner dashboard lets you update store hours, mark items out of stock, and pause delivery at any time — even in real time during busy periods. You are responsible for maintaining accurate listings and inventory.

As the licensed liquor retailer, you are solely responsible for maintaining your provincial liquor licence and complying with all applicable provincial liquor regulations. Zalchos is a technology marketplace platform and does not hold a liquor licence. Zalchos provides compliance tools to support your operations, but regulatory responsibility remains with you as the licence holder.
